As always, we have some great things in store for you this week at the St. Louis Public Library. An Artist’s birthday, kicking off Black History Month activities, and celebrating Groundhog Day (only one time, we hope!) are all on the list. Join us for any of these great programs–

  • Plus, come here storyteller Loretta Washington bring you into the lives of Phyllis Wheatley, Sojourner Truth, Harriet Tubman to learn more about their lives before, during & after the Emancipation Proclamation Friday morning at the Julia Davis Branch

  • Splatter and Drip Art in honor of Jackson Pollock. Make your own abstract expressionism styled work–Monday at Julia Davis Branch and Wednesday at Central Library
  • More art–make marbled paper Tuesday at Barr Branch
  • Make pop-up groundhogs Tuesday at Kingshighway Branch

Ready to party? Join us for the Baden Branch Midwinter Luau on Thursday
