For the Love of Muppets!

If you love the Muppets or Sesame Street, then the new biography about the man that started it all is a must read. Jim Henson: The Guy Who Played with Puppets from author Kathleen Krull is a picture book about the life of Jim Henson and the inspiration behind the original Muppets. The book is beautifully illustrated with a full-color illustration on every other page. While you’re at it, check out one of the many Muppets or Sesame Street DVDs in the St. Louis Public Library’s collection to accompany the book.

Happy reading and, in the words of Fozzie Bear,

Waka Waka!
